Great read! I love reading "voyeur" type articles. A native New Yorker, I love watching people walk by as I sip coffee at a cafe. Same rings true reading a blog by folks working with the public. Great Stuff!BTW - I would call the city on that old lady Gollum. She is probably not in her right mind. People that are hoarders know they have a problem but cannot stop. You would actually be doing her a favor.
