That place is sick! I love it. Very cool to have such an exclusive place in San Diego. As for Envy, I hope they relax the policies carefully. I've seen places that don't handle that correctly just go down the drain.
Basically, you have to cut back on the strictness to a degree once the initial excitement of a new venue wears down... but if you do it without careful consideration of your crowd, etc, you can just end up shooting yourself in the foot.
